We make no guarantees regarding business results, financial outcomes, interpretations, or other outcomes. Nothing provided by Universal Voice™ constitutes medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

3. Payments & Refunds

Work begins after acceptance of terms in a written agreement and payment of any required deposit. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, payments for custom creative Services are final and non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the work.

4. Intellectual Property

All Site content and materials (including text, images, code, artwork, branding and 3D assets) are owned by or licensed to Universal Voice™. Drafts and preliminary work remain our property until fully paid. Upon full payment, we typically grant the client a license to use final deliverables as set out in the project agreement. We reserve the right to display work in portfolios and marketing unless previously agreed otherwise in writing.

5. User-Provided Content

If you provide materials (text, images, logos, trademarks, or other assets), you represent and warrant that you have the right to provide those materials and grant Universal Voice™ the license necessary to use them to provide the Services. You are responsible for obtaining all permissions required for third-party content.

You agree not to misuse the Site or attempt unauthorized access. Prohibited activities include scraping, unauthorized crawling, transmitting harmful code, or interfering with Site operation.
